These Terms govern and regulate your use of this website and your relationship with Oceanmaid. By using this website and/or ordering goods from Oceanmaid you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept these Terms please do not use the website.

Ordering

When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted unless and until confirmed via email by us.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within the stated delivery area and your payment is authorised for the transaction. We reserve the right to reject any order.

Upon submitting the order and providing us with your payment details, you shall confirm and undertake that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment facility and authorise us to deduct the full price of the goods and packaging and delivery charges.

The deduction of monies from your account does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your account with the amount deducted.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollar and correct at time of publishing. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to increase or decrease prices. Oceanmaid reserves the right to change the prices set out on this site without notice provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.

Availability

All items are sold subject to availability and while we make every attempt to keep the website up-to-date as reasonably possible, should any ordered goods be subject to a delay or are no longer available we will inform you as soon as possible and seek your further instruction.

Likewise, if for any reason we are unable to deliver goods within the agreed timescale, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payment

Oceanmaid accepts all major debit/credit cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept payment by postal order. Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods through this website, there will be a legally binding contract. All prices are in Australian dollar (A$).

Delivery

Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we use Australia post and courier for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements. We aim to dispatch all goods within 7 working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

Inspection

You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Oceanmaid of a problem with 7 days of receipt.

Returns

If an item is received which is deemed damaged, defective or not as specified on your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, telling us why you’re returning it and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

If you require an exchange, availability allowing, we will dispatch the replacement goods within 24 hours. If you require a refund, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods plus the original postage cost within 7 days. The goods should be returned to:

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in pristine condition and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or delivery note. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Once we have inspected the goods and are satisfied that they are in original condition, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods within 7 days.

Safety Regulations

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. If a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.

Consent

By disclosing information to us in using this web site, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of that information by Oceanmaid in the manner as set out in this policy. Should you have any questions with these terms and conditions, please contact us.
